This Sunday, MKKC made its official debut at the KKFE National Championship - and what a day it was!

For many of our players, it was their first time competing, and they gave it everything on the pitch 💥

We played with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of Manchester grit. This is just the beginning - and we’re only going to grow from here.

Come join Jaimini on a quick hamstring a plyometric session.

Often for kho kho players the hamstrings are the weakest leg muscle which is why train them more. And plyometrics is great to increase explosive speed and power.

For each exercise do 3 sets of 10-12 reps each. Ease in with lower weights and smaller boxes
