For many of our players, it was their first time competing, and they gave it everything on the pitch 💥

Come join Jaimini on a quick hamstring a plyometric session.

Often for kho kho players the hamstrings are the weakest leg muscle which is why train them more. And plyometrics is great to increase explosive speed and power.

For each exercise do 3 sets of 10-12 reps each. Ease in with lower weights and smaller boxes
